Japanese Ambassador to the U.S., Kunihiko Saito, is the fourth speaker
in the Japan America Society's anniversary series featuring former
U.S. and Japanese Ambassadors. Mr. Saito is currently President
of the International Friendship Exchange Council in Japan, a non-profit
international exchange organization whose goal is to deepen international
understanding and to promote multilateral exchanges with other countries.
